We are delighted to announce that we have commissioned 1MW of fully funded solar at Cromwell in Leicester under our Power Purchase Agreement.
Construction completed in February 2024, when we partnered with Cromwell to help offset their carbon footprint and reduce their dependency on the national grid. By entering into our Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), Cromwell have been able to eliminate the upfront cost required to invest in such an impressive renewable energy project. Instead, Harvest Green Developments have provided the necessary capital under our PPA offering to provide a fully funded solar solution that allows Cromwell to use the clean electricity to power their facility.

We worked together with Cromwell’s insurance company, FM Global, to ensure all aspects of the design, including fire safety and mechanical fixing details were compliant with not only industry standard but also with the insurer’s requirements.

This impressive rooftop solar PV installation comprises of 2325 Trina Solar solar panels, mounted safely to the roof using one of our trusted mounting system supplies at Rubicon UK. The system uses the latest module optimised inverters from SolarEdge.
