Since its commission, the 335,16kW system has generated a total of 385.63MWh of clean electricity (as of August 2024), with most of the renewable energy being consumed to power the facility. Not only does this rooftop solar PV solution provide substantial savings on the cost of importing electricity from the grid, but it also reduces JJ Foodservice’s reliance on fossil fuels and contributes significantly to mitigating the company’s carbon emissions.
